Iron Lung (2026) is a dark science-fiction horror film based on the popular indie horror game Iron Lung. The story takes place in a distant future where a mysterious cosmic event has wiped out most habitable planets and humanity is struggling to survive.
The film follows a lone prisoner who is sent on a dangerous mission inside a small, rusty submarine called the Iron Lung. His task is to explore a strange ocean of blood on a distant moon.
